Growing up in a real estate family, Brian and Allison have been surrounded by new home construction their entire lives.

Brian began his real estate journey by flipping houses and managing multiple properties. His hands-on experience in property investment and management gave him a strong foundation in the industry. Over the years, he as built strong relationships with industry professionals, including building inspectors, architects and subcontractors ensuring that every project runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.

Allison, with 15 years of experience helping builders sell custom homes, developed a deep love for functional spaces and interior design. She is dedicated to ensuring the interior and exterior spaces of every home have a seamless flow. Allison puts great care into making kitchens both beautiful and functional within budget, selecting high-quality finishes including flooring and plumbing fixtures, and choosing light fixtures that can transform any room. She also enjoys working closely with clients to brig their vision to life. For those who are unsure of their style, she excels at helping them create a home that fits their needs and tastes.

Together, Brian and Allison co-founded Heller Development, where they combine their expertise to build upscale, custom homes in Southeastern Connecticut, known for their quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.
